Our SIP Trunk service is quick and easy to order online with the service available within a couple of hours. We can also provide a SIP Trunk trial service so you can test our SIP Trunk quality and compatability with your VoIP Phone System.
There are no set up charges associated with our SIP Trunks or DDI telephone numbers and with our competitive line rental and call charge plans we are confident that our SIP Trunks will be the ideal choice for your business.
SIP Trunk rental £2.00 per channel per month
DDI number rental £1.00 per number per month
You can choose an unlimited configuration of sip trunks and DDI numbers and they work just like ISDN lines and DDI numbers eg. 4 channels and 10 DDI numbers will provide a business with 4 x simultaneous calls and 10 DDI numbers so that up to 10 extensions can have their own inbound telephone number for direct dialing.
Here are some expamples of a typical SIP Trunk requirement and the associatred prices.
1 x SIP Trunk, 1 x DDI number - TOTAL MONTHLY RENTAL £3.00
4 x SIP Trunks, 10 x DDI numbers - TOTAL MONTHLY RENTAL £18.00
8 x SIP Trunks, 20 x DDI Numbers - TOTAL MONTHLY RENTAL £36.00
Our SIP Trunk service will require a high quality broadband or leased line internet connection in order to connect to our service.
If required we can provide a suitable broadband or leased line internet connection for your business to work with our SIP Trunk service, please contact us for details.
For small business users that only require a couple of SIP Trunks then it is possible to share their normal business broadband service, but in these instances we are unable to guarantee quality if you are sharing your connection for both voice and data and have a large data useage. We recommend that the number of SIP Trunks used in these cases should be judged by the end user by trial and error over a period of time to determine how many simultaneous calls their existing broadband service can manage at an acceptable quality to the user.
