The Panasonic KX-NCP Option One is a small business phone system that connects to SIP Trunks and IP Extension Phones as well as traditional analogue lines and telephones. This makes the KX-NCP Option One the ideal choice for a small business user that wants to take advantage of the latest VoIP technology, but retain the convenience of using their existing PSTN Telephone lines and analogue telephones and connecting analogue devices such as fax machines, franking machines, modems and PDQ machines without the complication of using VoIP ATA's (Anlogue Terminal Adapters).

The Panasonic KX-NCP Option One provides the user with the following:-

4 x Analogue Telephone Line Ports (expandable to 8 lines)
4 x SIP Trunk Ports (expandable to 8 x SIP Trunks with license key)
8 x Anaogue Extension Ports
8 x IP-PT Proprietary IP Extensions (expandable to 16 IP extensions with license key)
Built in Voicemail and Auto Attendant

Because the KX-NCP Option One IP Phone System uses proprietary IP Extension Phones there are no compatibility issues and the user can easily access the system functions via the function keys on the telephone and can even program the line keys so that individual lines can be selected just like a normal key system.

The choice of IP telephones for use with the KX-NCP Option One ranges from the KX-NT321 which is an entry level IP Phone with 1 Line LCD display and 8 x programmable line keys, through to the KX-NT400 IP phone which features a touch screen display that can also view live images from a Panasonic IP camera.

To provide full convenience, the Panasonic KX-NCP Option One can also support standard SIP Phones and devices. This is activated by purchasing an activation key which can be a single or multiple SIP Extension licence depending upon the user requirements.
